Bee Safe prides its self on quick delivery. If an item is in stock, Bee Safe will attempt to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days via Australia Post. For bulk order dispatch this may take up to 7 business days.
If items are not in stock or partially in stock you will be notified by our Team. Items that are not in stock will be sent to our manufacturers, in which case the dispatch of the order may take up 14 business days.
If a partial order is available we may offer you the option to receive the goods in stock within our standard delivery practices (1-3 business days) and the rest of the order dispatched within 14 business days.
For custom orders, delivery may be up to 20 days.
Standard postage will apply to orders. Bee Safe may waive the delivery fee at our own discretion if agreed upon prior to the order, or in conjunction with any special offer. Please note free delivery or delivery discounts do not apply to heavy or bulky items and to postcodes not stated on the Australian registered post mailing list.
At times Bee Safe may use Express Post to ship your order at our discretion, where you will be provided with a tracking number.
Goods ordered will be delivered to an address nominated on the order form. It is your responsibility to make all the relevant arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Even though we always try to ensure that our products are sent out as quick as possible, the delivery times quoted are estimates only and we accept no liability for failure or delay in delivery of Goods. If there is a delay in delivery, you are still required to accept or pay for Goods. Goods may be delivered by instalments at our discretion, however you will be notified of this occurring.
